For internet reservation: We will reply by e-mail after the confirmation of your application.

※ If it is a Sunday or national holiday, we'll reply the next week.

Reservation completed

If you make a reservation, please pay the fee or reservation fee (20,000 yen) we have provided from our company or transfer to each business office.
Your reservation will start the process after the payment is confirmed.

Contract / Check in

Present your identification card to the procedure.
Check-in is from 14:00-18:00. Please contact us in advance if you are out of time.
Also, if your check-in is Sunday or public holiday, please proceed beforehand.
After you have transferred a reservation fee, please pay the remining amount by check-in. (Step 2)

In case of extension

If you want to extend your stay, please inform at the reception or the sales office.
Please pay the extra expenses in advance.
* Depending on the reservation, it may not be possible to accept it. Please proceed as soon as possible.

Check-out

Please check-out by AM 10:00 on the departure day.
The person in charge will check equipments in the room.

If you leave the room on Sundays and public holidays, please proceed on the day before.
