How long is the contract term available?

It is available from 1 day unit. (Except for Akihabara Part 2 and Saitama area)

What is required when applying for a contract?

An identification card is required.
Please bring 1 item from driver's license, health insurance card, and passport etc. at check-in.

The schedule is still ahead, but how long can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation two months in advance of your residence date.
(If you use less than 7 nights, you can make a reservation 7 days in advance of your date of residence)

Because of urgent circumstances, I want to stay today ...

Of course you can. Please feel free to contact our Tokyo Reservation Center or Saitama Reservation Center. We propose your accommodation according to your requirement. *Depending on availability, you may not be able to comply with your request.

I'd like to use it as a company, but can I make a corporate contract?

Yes, we correspond to it.

Can we use a single room for two people?

Basically you are not allowed to. In case of additional persons, there will be additional charge. (There are some rooms available in Saitama area.)

Can I extend my contract?

Extension is possible, but we may refuse it depending on reservation situation. If you extend, please contact us early.

Is it possible to bring pets?

Pets are not allowed to bring in.

Is it possible to visit and see the room before moving in?

Yes, only Tokyo area is possible. Please contact the reservation center for the availability.

What is the opening hours at the reception desk?

It's Monday - Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. (Sundays and public holidays are closed)

Is indoor cleaning expenses necessary when moving in or leaving?

It's free for all accommodation. It's carefully cleaned by specialist staff.

How can I pay?

Please transfer to the designated bank account or pay at the front desk.

Can I use the Internet?

Free high-speed internet is available. Please bring a personal computer that can make LAN connection.
(There are some accommodations where you can not use in Saitama area.)

What kind of equipment / furniture are in the room?

Equipped with facilities that allow you to comfortably stay with one bag entry.
The daily necessities such as refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, crockery, electric pot, televisiono, air conditioner, etc. are available.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, there is a washing machine in the room or a coin laundry machines in the apartment.
